DJ púšťa tie najväčšie hity, telá sa vlnia v rytme diska, zábava by sa dala krájať a popriať jej prichádza aj Alin, vyzbrojený okrem darčekov aj poriadnou dávkou gélu na vlasy a skupinou kamarátov. Nič zatiaľ nenasvedčuje tomu, že na dievča čaká prekvapenie, na ktoré nikdy nezabudne. Groteska plná čierneho humoru nepotrebuje dialógy, vystačí si s textami diskohitov, ktoré nám povedia všetko, čo o malej milostnej tragédii v Tokoriki potrebujeme vedieť.
A lot is happening at Disco Tokoriki tonight. Geanina is celebrating her 18th birthday, and it seems as if the neon lights are shining just for her and her boyfriend. The DJ plays the biggest hits, bodies undulate to the rhythms of disco, the fun is flowing fast, and Alin arrives to help her celebrate, armed with presents, a generous dollop of hair gel, and a group of good friends. Nothing indicates that a surprise awaits, one that no one will ever forget. This black comedy farce doesn’t need dialogue – hit disco lyrics will suffice, telling us everything about Tokoriki’s little love tragedy that we need to know.
