Soňa Jakubove

She studied art history at the University of Trnava. During her studies she worked in Kunsthalle Bratislava. In 2017 she started volunteering at events of the civic association Publikum.sk. In Maly Berlin, she initially worked on economic and administrative matters. Today it is mainly organization of center’s work, producion of literary, dance and theatre events and occasionally curates exhibitions. With Anna Siedykh, she is the dramaturg behind the Ypsalon Literary Festival. Currently she leads the curatorial programme at Čepan Gallery. She is also a coordinator of international residencies for curators, researchers, architects and artists.
