Join us for a series of online capacity-building workshops created especially to support cultural organisations in Ukraine, Georgia, and Azerbaijan – but open to anyone across Eastern Europe who wants to strengthen their skills and toolkit.

CASCADE project is about helping cultural spaces become more than just venues: we want them to be drivers of change, sparking ideas and inspiring communities to shape their own futures.

Oct 9 – with Anna Karnaukh

About Anna Karnaukh
Cofounder and director of Lanka.pro collective (Ukraine). Lanka.pro focuses on creative economy development and explores ecosystemic solutions inspired by culture. Anna has more than 15 years in design and management of programmes both at Ukrainian and international level. She led creative economy work at the British Council Ukraine and also was a programme lead of the EU-funded programme Culture Bridges. She collaborated with European Commission, Cultural Relations Platform, Partnership Fund for Resilient Ukraine, RES-POL project, Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, etc.

About Project Managements for Cultural Organisations
This training session will introduce participants to the complete project management cycle with a focus on the specific needs of cultural organisations. We will explore how to effectively plan, implement, and monitor projects while building and sustaining strong partnerships. The session will provide practical tools and resources to help participants organize tasks, allocate resources, and coordinate teams more efficiently.
