Pozývame vás na poslednú tohtoročnú výstavu v Čepan Gallery s názvom Sudoku. Jej autorom je mladý maďarský umelec Huba Hőnigh.
Na výstave môžete vidieť umelcove staršie práce skombinované so site-specific inštaláciou pripravenou pre Čepan Gallery. Hlavným motívom výstavy je obraz okien a umelcova hra s odrazmi reality. Výstava nesie myšlienku iluzórnej prírody odrážajúcej realitu, na ktorú sme zvyknutí, realitu, ktorá nám v uponáhľanom rytme života často uniká.
Názov výstavy naznačuje podobnosť procesu vytvárania týchto okenných sérií s obľúbenou hrou Sudoku. Techniku nanášania farieb a vytvárania farebných kontrastov možno porovnať s logikou hry a pripomínať ju môže aj použitie mriežky a rámikov.

Huba Hőnigh (*2002)
pochádza z Budapešti. V rokoch 2011 – 2019 študoval na umeleckej škole Szimultán pod vedením Norbeta Buktu, po čom pokračoval v štúdiu maľby na strednej umeleckej škole, kde v rokoch 2020 – 2021 úspešne zmaturoval v maliarskom programe N. T. R. V súčasnosti študuje výtvarné umenie na Academy Minerva v Groningenev Holandsku.
Výstavy: Young Generation Group Exhibition and Art Fair v Godot Instituite of contemporary art v rokoch 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 – tu získal špeciálne ocenenie a pozvanie na rezidenciu organizovanú galériou Godot a Imre Buktom,; samostatná výstava v Noha studio, 2019; Art Market Budapest 2022.
We invite you to the last exhibition of this year at the Čepan Gallery called Sudoku. The author is a young Hungarian artist Huba Hőnigh.
At the exhibition, you will see the old works of the artist in combination with a site-specific installation prepared specifically for the Čepan Gallery.
The main theme is the image of windows and the artist’s play with reflections of reality. The exhibition bears the idea of illusory nature, reflecting the reality familiar to us, the reality that often eludes us in the rushing pace of life. The name of the exhibition points out the similarity of the process of creating these window series with the popular game of sudoku. The techniques of applying colors and creating color contrasts can be compared to the logic of the game, as well as the use of grids and frames.

Huba Hőnigh (*2002)
is from Budapest. He studied at the Szimultán Art School Art director (2011-2019) and at The Secondary Art School, where he was completing the NTR painting program in 2020-2021. He is currently studying fine arts at the Minerva Academy in Groningen in the Netherlands. Exhibitions: Young Generation Group Exhibition and Art Fair at the Godot Institute of contemporary art in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020; solo exhibition in Noha studio, 2019; Art Market Budapest 2022 etc.
